We're Healthy Strides and we've been a local health club here in Mason City, IA since, 2021. We're friendly and happy, a great environment for staff and patrons, offering energy teas, meal replacement shakes, and nutrition coaching. We started this business to provide a healthy service to the area that fits everyone. We're looking forward to growing our business to continue to serve Mason City and the surrounding areas.
